Episode 25: BPC157 - The "One Stop" Peptide for Body, Brain & Gut with Jean Francois Tremblay from CanLab

Everything You Need to Know About BPC 157 and its Practical Application in Anti-Aging, Muscle Growth and Health in General

Jean-Francois Tremblay is an anti-aging expert and the owner of CanLab in Montreal, Quebec and a regular guest. In this episode, we dive deep into BPC 157, an incredibly versatile peptide that seems to have a positive effect on virtually every major system in the body.

There are a plethora of different aspects of human healing that BPC 157 can assist with - from gut healing to healing of wounds, muscle, ligament, bone and tendon repair.   It can also help to normalize blood pressure, improve brain health, ease withdrawal from alcohol and much more.   Although there is no one peptide that can do all the work on its own,  BPC 157 is one of the ones that may come the closest.   It's one of a few peptides that in certain conditions can deliver results almost before people make significant changes to anything else. At this time most of the published research on BPC 157 is still mostly animal studies but we are gradually seeing an increase in human research - we still have much to learn but in this episode, we spend some time exploring what we do know and have seen.

Meet this week’s guest:

Jean-François Tremblay is a frequent guest on this podcast.  He is the founder and owner of Canlab - a lab in Montreal that synthesizes high quality peptides.  Jean-Francois studied Exercise Physiology, Biochemistry, and Pharmacy at UQAM.  He has been researching (in theory and in practice) peptides and SARMS since the 90’s and has been studying the theoretical basis of what peptides are and their practical applications in sports performance, anti-aging, and health in general.
