Episode #121: A Medical Perspective on Psychedelic Interventions for Healing

My guest this week is Dr. Pamela Kryskow.

Are you curious about psychedelics—psilocybin or ketamine, MDMA and other emerging therapies? Are you looking for solutions to calm your nervous system? Struggling to find support for improving mental health, depression, anxiety, alleviating trauma, addictions, or chronic pain?  I’ve invited Dr. Pamela on the show to share her clinical experience and medical perspective on the use of psychedelic interventions. Through her many years of clinical practice, university research, and non-profit organization, Roots to Thrive, she talks about what have been the most effective modalities in her patient population, and some of them may be very surprising. Although there are a variety of tools at our disposal, the most powerful and long lasting are the ones within; our willingness to heal and the belief in ourselves.

Roots to Thrive has been changing lives around the world from those suffering with chronic pain to severe mental health issues, in both clinic and virtual settings, tune in to episode 121 to find out more. And please share with anyone you think could be helped by this important work. ❤️
